You could pick a theme and/or make up a fun interactive New Year's resolution game. It could also be turned into a drinking game,unless the resolution is to stop drinking. Everybody could get in a circle and whoever doesn't come up with a resolution on the spot has to drink. Or it could be you've got to drink right after you say your resolutin anyway.
