Cyborg are biological life enhanced via the use of technology; generally the term implies the physical invasive integration of technology into the biological lifeform, such as a human brain connected to a computer. But loosely, the term applies to biological life augmented with technology, so we are all cyborgs, with our cellphones and laptops and so on.
