What age or weight must a front seat passenger be?

[Edit]

Answer

That children need to be 13 years old and older. to sit in the front seat of a car. And of course, still wear a seat belt in the front seat. If children are 40 to 80 lbs., they should sit in the back seat with a booster seat, provided your car has a back seat. If your car does not have a back seat, the child can sit in the front seat, but the child still needs a booster seat, and the passenger side air bag should be de-activated.
