Billy Wilder for The Lost Weekend (1945), Sunset Boulevard (1950) and The Apartment (1960). Charles Brackett for The Lost Weekend, Sunset Boulevard and Titanic (1953).

Paddy Chayefsky for Marty (1955), Hospital (1971) and Network (1976).

Francis Ford Coppola for Patton (1970), The Godfather (1972) and The Godfather Part II (1974). All three adapted screenplays.
