This question is sort of vague. If I understand what it is asking is you started taking birth control the first month and six days later you had sex with a condom. The condom fell off but you did not cum in her. 3 to 4 days later you used plan b and ten hours after than you want to know if you are safe.
You probably would have been safe at day 6 even with no birth control and cumming in her. Plan b is designed to be taken within 72 hours which you were outside of when you took it.
