Answer to talking animal in the Bible
Yes, it was Balaam's donkey as he was riding her. She was trying to avoid the angel with the drawn sword. Balaam couldn't see the angel but the donkey could. Balaam was beating her and she asked why. Read Numbers 22:22-31
