No I dont think this is the cause for hitler's hatred for jews. It's rumored that hitler and a jew were applying for the same course. However the jew got into it and Hitler did not so Hitler swore to eliminate all Jews and their decendants from the face of the earth

I DO think that might be one of the reasons..but there were many many other reasons why he hated the Jews so much

I've read that hitler was actually quite grateful to the jewish doctor who treated his mother, additionally, he allowed the doctor to escape nazi Germany unscathed later on. I think that if he was that angry at the doctor, he probably would have had him sent to a concentration camp.
