My name is Rudy, and I've lived in Michigan most of my life. I've worked many different jobs trying to find my 'place' in life. Some of my vocations included, tree trimmer, steeple-jack and tuck-pointer, tool and die maker, and lastly an electrician from which I retired.

Fast forwarding to the present, I still live in Michigan and have a very small business making functional art, mostly with wood. Some of my wares include turnings, boxes, canes, cabinetry, walking sticks, jigs & fixtures, pens, and more. I enjoy working in many types of mediums to create both functional and decorative art. For example, I paint with acrylics on canvas and dabble in other mediums when the mood strikes me. Making things with my hands and my imagination is one of my greatest joys in life. The key to creating something beautiful, I believe, is an abundance of patience and an ardent attention to detail.
