After too many years in the corporate world in positions that weren't a good "fit" and a stint at college teaching (which didn't really fit that much better), I decided several years ago to follow a life-long passion for travel and writing.
My husband and I opened a professional travel agency - http://www.greatescapetraveller.com -- in a very small town in New Hampshire, where we are able to "cruise" Lake Winnipesaukee in our small sailboat, and help our clients plan their best cruise and land vacations.
We specialize in travel to Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific (Fiji, Tahiti and the Cooks) -- and cruising on the best cruise lines.
After surviving a hurricane on my first cruise experience and having a somewhat dismal experience on the second cruise (the ship sank shortly after we disembarked…), I'm on a quest for the best cruise.
Best Cruise Lines, the blog -- http://bestcruiselines.blogspot.com -- provides the information to help find your "best cruise line" for your next cruise vacation, by mingling a bit of information on news and special offers, with insight into the latest trends and destinations. I share the up-to-date and latest insider information on the cruise lines, cruise ships, newest "hot" itineraries and special deals in the cruising world.
