Hi everyone, my name is Bess and I am a senior dietetics student at James Madison University. I have a strange obsession with disease and have decided to dedicate my life to helping people change their lives to prevent and treat disease effectively. My other interests include chemistry, philosophy, politics, linguistics, and pondering new untested theories. In my free time (when I'm not browsing research literature) I like to do quiet domestic things like garden and cook, though sometimes I would rather play pool, scrabble, or go target shooting at the range.

I am a sucker for the beauty of nature and plan to live in the glorious Virginia countryside as soon as I can afford it.
