I am an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation, a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting with minor in economics/finance and a master's degree in taxation and finance.

I am employed in senior management of the appraisal group of the Hilco Organization, which is one of largest multi-disciplinary appraisal practices in the world. We value and consult with what are generally very large companies all over the country and the world. We are experts in valuing brand names and related intangible assets.

The reason that I have chosen to contribute to this site relates to my interest in promoting the field of accounting, finance and economics.
