I would take a test. I took one the day after our accident and 2 weeks later I knew i was going to have another child.

No, I wouldn't worry hun. Missing your period completely for a month or having a unusual period or bleeding after taking the ECP is very common. Feeling crampy is probably a sign your period is going to arrive within the next week. If your period DOESNT arrive within the next week or two weeks, then do a pregnancy test.
