[Edit]

Answer

Yes, it's vitally important!
Would you be a manager with a bad suit or not appopriate vest???
Would you wear a home clothes to attend a social meeting?
What would you wear of you are a public speaker, even if you were George Bush?
You can't, you never do like that!
Because other people will judge you through your appearance, your clothes! If you wear unappropriate clothes, they will look at you with hamrful eyes!
