Radiocontrolled vehicle and when you control it to go forward it is stuck in reverse?

If it is a "hobby Grade" controlled vehicle, then the motor needs to be reversed, or there is a switch on the control to switch the motor. (I am assuming that when you put the vehilce in revrse it goes forward.
