Hello.

Overdosing on birth control pills will definitely cause vaginal bleeding and possibly severe vaginal bleeding. Because you OD on BCP you will need to report this to your doctor so he can run a tox screen to make sure the BCP has not done any damage to you. Its unlikely it will harm you apart from the bleeding, but report it to your doctor.
