Answer

You don't usually start showing until at least 13-14 weeks as the womb is still in the pelvis until then.

You may want to start showing and be standing differently, or, as you are obviously very fertile you may have a multiple pregnancy. Have you had an ultrasound?

Answer

Yes, I have had two ultrasounds! Is it possible that they could only see one baby when there's really two? I have only gained about 2 lbs and am really showing now at 13 weeks!
