Is it common for narcissists to be addicted to Internet porn? In: Narcissism |
[Edit] |
Answer
When all else my N boyfriend, he will seek attention from the dancers at a nude dancing club. He will invite the attentions of the dancers, who ask him if he wants a lab dance, etc. Then, later, he loves to tell me, when we are in bed, that at such and such a club, he could not keep the girls away because he is such an attractive hunk. He tends to go to the clubs when I am out of town and when he could get no other social engagement.

Answer
No- That is simply him trying to impress you or what not. I have NPD and the questions that are being asked, such as your own, are quite ridiculous. If you are old enough to be allowed entry into a strip club, I cannot possibly imagine how you are so simple-minded as to think his want for women was due to a possible personality disorder? Furthermore, do you not find it questionable that while you are out of town he goes to strip clubs, only to boast to you about the night's events? Perhaps your "N" boyfriend does have NPD which I can only imagine to be a chemical imbalance such as other disorders of people whom I'm sure you've made fun of in your life. I only suggest this, because he enjoys getting "lab" dances after calling the "attentions" that belong to the naked girls over, the girls that cannot possibly be you, because you claimed to have been out of town.
