AIG Baker is building a mixed-use community called Fallschase. The retail portion will supposedly include a Costco and Super Walmart. A recent check of the Leon County/City of Tallahassee permitting site does show some recent permits have been pulled for the Costco building but I cannot confirm any construction activity. The Walmart building is well under construction.

The Costco in Tallahassee is scheduled to open in Mid April, 2008. Costco.com probably has an address.
