Well you are only sixteen and will not be finished with puberty for another 2 years on average but it could take longer for you not all people finish puberty at the same age.

You probably do have a bit more to grow as at 16 you are still growing bodily, but even if you didn't its not the end of the world. A 5 inch penis works well enough for most people just be careful where you put it. :)
