The best way to get Insurance on the car is to first go Get a Valid Drivers License. Driving on a supended license is illegal. Driving with no license is also illegal. Trying to obtain Auto insurance seripticously is also illegal except that after you defraud the insurance company you will have graduated to a Felony Fraud Offense.

Ever heard of the Bus?,, What about this. Ever heard of a Taxi Cab.? Your license was already suspended because you broke the Law in some way.

Maybe when you get pulled over this time for driving your fraudulently insured or uninsured vehicle on a suspended license. You'll get some jail time hunh.
