It's not possible at all. If your last menstrual period was November 4, you would've conceived somewhere around November 18-21, if you generally have normal periods and ovulate on time.
The general rule of thumb to determine a rough due date is to subtract 3 months from your LMP and then to add 7 days. Since one due date is earlier, it is possible that you could've conceived around the third week of October and November 4 was implantation bleeding. That really is the earliest conception would have occurred.

Well even with the earliest duedate that they gave me the date conception still lays at nov 6th which maybe i was wrong and my last day of my period was the 4th who knows.
