There is no way to get more than one Master Ball in-game other than Red/Blue where you could abuse a glitch. This is usually called the Missingno. Glitch, or the Rare Candy Cheat.
In Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald or Diamond/Pearl/Platinum games, you get a master ball if you win the grand prize of the lottery.
Another way to get a Master Ball is to use Action Replay for Nintendo DS or a GameShark for Game Boys.
You can also find a trade with a Master Ball on the GTS in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, but these are most likely hacked. (Think, who would give away their only available Master Ball?)
