If you replaced a timing belt on a 1994 Kia Sephia with a 1.6 SOHC how would you reset the timing so that the car would run smoothly?

[Edit]

Answer

The timing is nonadjustable. Try changing the plugs and wires.

Answer

Also you may have the new belt mis-aligned by one or two teeth!! The car will run but have a rough idle. Buy a Service Manual for the alignment procedure.
