No worries, there's no limit to how many times you can have sex each day, no ill health effects other than the greater possibility of pregnancy if you're not using birth control. I would think 2 times a day is pretty normal.

if you are worried about getting pregnant sperm can only live outside the body in the open for about 1 to 2 hours but other than that you should be fine with having sex twice a day unless your doctor has given you a medical reason that YOU shouldn't

As far as I know there has never been a medically reccommended amount of times to have sex per day so if your lucky enough to have it several times a day enjoy....hope this helps!!!
Just ensure you use protection to keep yourself disese free and some kind of birth control if you're not trying to make babies
