Liability of Mother and Husband
Even if she was a minor if she married a man that was over the age of 18 he becomes the legal gardian.
Also, once a minor marries they become an adult and are responsible for their own actions. Doesnt matter at what age they are they have to take responsoblity for them selfs and all that they do. Therefore, the young woman would be held totally responsible for her actions, not the spouse or parent(s).
