ok well it depends on how your cheese is served; shredded, diced, melted ect... So here are the facts:

Basic Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup shredded: 454.9 calories 1 cup diced: 531.4 calories 1 cup melted: 982.3

Just so you know: 1 cubic inch (so one cube): 68.4 calories!

So you may want to look into that low-fat cheese if you are watching your figure...or just go easy on the cheese lol ;)
