THERE IS NO GOVENOR ON THE YERF DOG. LISTEN TO THE RPMS DUDE YOURE AT FULL MAXIMUM THROTTLE HOWEVER YOU COULD RUN NITROMETHANE WITH A OZ. OF WD 40 AND BOOST YOUR POWER AND SPEED. I GOT UP TO 65 MPH BEFORE THE BACKEND BLEW UP AND THE FIRETRUCKS ARRIVED. FORGET ABOUT THE REVERSE GEAR. YOU WOULD HAVE TO PUT IN A NEW TRANSMISSION. jUST BUY A NEW GOCART WITH REVERESE IF YOU WANT THAT AROUND 2500$. KEEP ON BURNING!
