stop feeding them msg, aspartame, high frutose corn syrup and other harsh chemicals.
This Might not be that helpful but maybe you should putt a beanie on his/her head.If that doesn't work get a sprittser gun and squirt him/her each time.Keep one with warm water and one with cold water.When its hot use hot water when its cold use cold water.I had the same problem with my child and it worked.
