The same as you would in any other car. Drain the old coolant out, replace the thermostat, flush the system, install a 50/50 mix of the coolant recommended in your owner's manual.

There is a drain plug on the drivers side under the car, its
right under the trans cooler lines, 2 lines to be exact, you can just
unscrew it by hand because there is like a handle to it!!!
