You are lucky.This pump is actually not located in the tank as with most fuel injected cars.Crawl under the car it isnt to far away from the tank you will see it.Before removing the pump get a helper wiggle the connections a little and have helper turn key on the pump will operate for 2 seconds to prime system before starting engine.Often the pump is fine but there is electrical corrosion just remember to turn key off then back on in between wiggling connections to get your 2 seconds of pump time
