There are screws holding the headlight assy in. Remove them and take the bulbs out and stick a rag into the light and move it around with a screwdriver.
However, even if it looks like the yellow is on the inside of the light but if it's like most Sebrings the haze is on the outside. Try a product called Crystalenz it works and is easy to use. Their website is www.crystalenz.com, also when you use this product you do not have to remove the lenses.
