If she has missed a period or it was unusually short/light she needs to do a pregnancy test.
Or if she all of a sudden starts to gain an appitite and eats every thing she sees... or if she's eating wired things like mashed potatoes and pepers together, and her sides are getting wide like a frog, ad her face starts to get fat, and she starts gettin all emotional all the time, thwn you are in trouble.
