You are going to have to get a profession exterminator in. I had the same problem and had a huge, heavy hive in the attic of our house. When we went out to the car in our driveway these wasps would attack. We found an exterminator that used environmentally safe methods and he did come back twice, but they were gone after the 2nd time and we didn't have to pay for the 2nd visit. You do not have to usually leave your home if you go the natural way. You will have to repair any holes that these bees can get into.
