OK! WHOEVER u r... You need to go 2 wu story gaiden (2-X) 2, and then keep all of the supply men alive. Then secure the bases and after ALL supply guys reached ur main camp, Kotaro Fuuma will appear. DO NOT KILL HIM YET. All supply guys HAVE to be at ur camp. THEN U KILL HIM AND U GET HIM! ^_^
