Well,you have to complete all the task below. (In Diamond/Pearl)
-Beat the Elite Four once. (easy)
-Get a ribbon from any Master Rank Super contest. (somewhat hard)
-Complete your Pokedex, not including Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus (credit to Bulbapedia). (extremely hard)
-Get a 100-chain victory at the Battle tower. (extremely hard)
-Capture at least 50 flags in the Sinnoh Underground. (medium-easy, hard if you don't have a friend to do this with)
It's really hard to complete it. Try your best.
An added bonus is that if you get at least four stars in your Trainer Card, the nurse at any Pokemon Centre will remember you and treat you like a VIP everytime you request for healing. Not ground-shaking, but hey, its something special.
