YOU CAN PRINT AN UNCERTIFIED ONE OUT RIGHT THEN AND THEY WILL MAIL YOU THE CERTIFIED ONE. THIS ALSO COST $6.00. LIKE I SAID THIS IS IN S.C. WHERE I LIVE BUT SHOULD BE ABOUT THE SAME IN OTHER STATES.
