If you only need to be temporarily heavier eat a lot of salt and drink a lot of water. Also sleeping immediately after eating will put on pounds. Sugars are especially notorious for this. And do not eat or exercise right after waking up.....wait as long as you can to eat or get active.

If you are a girl you have 5 or so pounds of water weight that shifts as time goes by. You can go up or down three to five pounds depending on how hydrated you are. If your trying to gain weight within a week, drink a ton of water and do some exercise that makes your muscles sore. (not horribly) Sore muscle is building, and muscle weighs more than anything else.

A woman's weight can fluctuate depending on the time of the month. I think during AF your body will have more water weight. Increasing water intake during this time is supposed to help, as more water is flushed out.

4 take dinner late and lie just after eating.

but these may cause some small illness. Otherwise they work well especially in asian countries.
