Sounds to me like your rear brake or emergency brake is stuck and or possibly something in the brake system is defective, worn out, broken or jammed. As to fixing it I dont recommend anyone working on brakes unless their qualified and certified. Simply put to many things can go wrong that would put yours or others life in jepardy for a novice to tamper with brakes. Hope This Helps, EzForJesus
