It has something to do with mystery gift, figure out how to use it when you do. There is a rumor that you can get Ho-oh and Lugia in Altering cave. Is it true? I'm not sure, but try it anyway! It sounds so cool!

You need mystery gift at America Rocks! Then connect with a friend and you should be able to get zubats, mareeps, aipoms, pinecones, shuckles, tediursas, houndooms, stantlers and smeargles.

You only can get zubats in that cave
The Pokemon change every time you use Mystery Gift. To unlock the Mystery Gift, you must go to any PokeMart and look at the piece of paper below the cashier. You have 4 word slots, and you put in "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL," and the cashier will tell you about Mystery Gift. Now you can use Mystery Gift with the Wireless Adapter, which comes in the packaging with FireRed or LeafGreen. It does not work with a Link Cable.
