How do you expose a coworker who pretends to know their job but copies from you?

[Edit]

Answer

lead them down the road to a dead end. if you are smart enough to see whats going on then mislead them in a different direction. if that person tells gets into trouble and tells a superior that it was reflected by watching you, then the cats out of the bag. if you are pulled into it, just simply reply"their has been some mix up or a communication problem. if you propose a idea, let it be a false one ,but only in front of the coworker. Make sure no one else is around. ask to be placed in a different area if possible, make phone calls in a different office. be more specific on how this person is copying you. you may whant to rephrase your question.
