You cant change clothes in most harvest moon games, you can however set a custom clothes color in one of the old gameboy color harvest moon games, also the female Harvest moon mineral town had a clothe change mirror and rumor has it one of the gamecube games has a clothing changing option aswell on another female verrsion.
