Lean back and add lots of power to the accelerator. Once the wheel lifts off the ground, let off of the throttle slightly to maintain an approximate 45 degree angle to the ground. Adjusting the throttle slightly will be required...and be careful.

stand up, get in the powerband, lean way back pull up on the handlebars and give it abunch of gas all at once, but there are otherways like kind of coasting then pulling in the clutch and hold the throttle and let out the clutch reallly fast.
