Just push your tongue against the wall of your mouth. Not where the softer tissue cheek is but where the harder part is. I recommend to use left side of mouth.
Then just let air flow out of your lungs. When air is flowing try to direct the air onto the left side of mouth. Take more easily in the beginning then do it harder if it doesnt work properly. Once you are successful in creating some kind of a grunt then just try modifying the sounds by moving the tongue or flowing the air stronger.
Now when you master the sound itself its time to start speaking words. Its simple actually. Just speak instead of just flowing the air and youre done. Now the only thing you have to do still is to go boast to a friend with this new skill. Also many girls find this very attractive so you will easily score girls.
