Hope this helps...if its the same lamp assembly as my 2004, which I think it is, it has a 1/4 turn to the left cover that opens to the bulb socket wires and bulb. need to unplug the socket assembly , gently rocking and pull gently backwards, (It is a very tight fit to get your hand in, but can be done), there is a wire retainer need to depress this wire to let it open, shows in my manual as the bend in the wire over the bulb base, it sorta unsnaps... then the bulb is free to remove, goes back in in reverse, but since it a Halogen bulb, try not to touch it with bare hands, the oils in your skin, make them burn out in about 2 months use... One more thing,

When installlin the new bulb, in addtion to not touching the glass portion, make sure the small metal tab on the bulb faces up, makes it easier to reattach the holding retainer - I removed the Coolant reservior to for easier access (Its only two 10mm bolts)
