you can take some night courses to better your job qualifications that would help the company in the long run. or take some course on-line thru the internet. volunteer some training for a entry level employee. be a mentor for new hires so you can help them settle in to a new job. find ways to cut cost, like clean up your own office area by vacuuming , dusting, mopping, empty your own garbage can that way their is no janitorial services hired.
