The circulatory system supplies food and oxygen to the body's cell. It carries away waste product tion of energy. The wastes must then be removed.

Red blood cells are the answer. Red blood cells carry both oxygen and and waste through the body. The oxygen is picked up in the lungs and carried throughout the body taking it to the vital organs and the extremities like the arms and legs. On the way back they carry waste to the liver and kidneys to be filtered out and excreted out of the body in the form of human waste or feces. White blood cells also assist by attacking foreign objects and viruses and leaving the body the same way.
