Through the harvesting of herbs traditionally used for medical purposes. Of course, in some cases they allow the bodies immune system to heal itself. When it needs a helping hand, they use plants to pride the body with natural stimulants. Sometimes these are made into a tea, and at other times they are burnt, and the sick person will inhale the smoke.
