How do i you boil green plantains?

First you peal the plantains. It is easier to peal if you allow it to sit in hot water a few minutes or allow hot water to run on them. Once pealed, you cut into four pieces and place in boiling water 20-25 minutes depending on its thickness. Serve with GOYA Olive Oil and enjoy.
