How can you find out if someone has received traffic tickets in another state within the last year?

[Edit]

Answer

Many states only consider traffic tickets, especially speeding tickets, to be a revenue source. Local police will set up speed traps and give you a payment packet telling you where to send the money. They may NEVER report a minor speeding ticket to your state’s drivers license agency if you just pay the fine. Mississippi is notorious for that. Typically, a more serious violation is reported to your drivers license division. You should be able to receive a report from your states license issuing agency that lists incidents attributed to your driving record.
