It's hard to say who Sora likes, though he does have a tendency to show more emotion around Riku. When he recieves a hug from Kairi who he'd not seen in a long amount of time as well, he hadn't shown a lot of interest; when you compare this reaction to that of his breaking into tears when he sees his best friend again, it seems that he likes Riku over Kairi. More or less, the answer to this is opinion-based, rather than based on fact, because there's not yet been any hard evidence of him liking either more than in a friendly way.
